We are fully committed to our ESG obligations, and strive to offer a carbon-neutral business to our current and future customers.
Our Environmental impact and sustainability goals are an integral part of our day to day business activities. Effective management safeguards not only our employees, ourselves and our customers, but also allows us to monitor our impact on emissions, other sources of pollution, depletion of natural resources and the reduction of waste and packaging.
Our Office
Our Head Office is eco-friendly, with energy efficient lighting, smart hand-driers, and electric vehicle charging points. We have recently committed to having a third-party audit carried out on our premises, so that we have a qualified view on our consumption and a clear path to being a more sustainable business.
Our Partners
We use only reputable partners, with long, established relationships within our approved supplier network. We strive to ensure that deliveries are made directly from our Partners, as opposed to onward shipping through ourselves, in order to cut down on unnecessary packaging and omissions. Our Partners also have their own ESG initiatives, a clear strategy to becoming carbon-neutral, ‘smart urban’ delivery schemes, and an emphasis on customer collection in urbanised areas to reduce carbon emissions.

This is the start of renewed focus on how we can contribute to a sustainable future for us all, and our commitment is to include this both as part of our everyday activities, and in support of achieving our business objectives.
We fully commit to:
- Determine and evaluate compliance obligations and ensure our scope of activities are completed in full accordance
- Begin the process of implementing and maintaining an environmental management system (EMS) which complies with ISO14001, and to commit to continually improve the EMS to enhance our environmental performance.
- Ensure that we have the necessary resource to allow us to carry out our objectives
- Actively promote environmental awareness amongst our employees, suppliers and partners, and strive to continue our work with the community by carrying out operations in a considerate and socially responsible manner
- Regularly review our performance and strive for Continual Improvement through agreed objectives and target setting
- Review and revise this policy, as necessary, at regular intervals
We require all employees to meet and contribute to the requirements of this policy, which is available to interested parties and provided to all employees as standard. Our employees will:
- Conduct themselves and carry out activities in a manner which minimises risk to the safety of themselves, colleagues and the environment
- Support policies and procedures, and contribute to our objectives that promote environmental stewardship
- Report any incidents of which they become aware using the correct supporting channels
- Carbon Reduction Plan: We have developed a comprehensive carbon reduction plan that outlines specific measures to reduce our carbon footprint. This plan includes strategies to reduce energy consumption, transition to renewable energy sources, and minimize emissions throughout our operations.
- Solar Panel Installation by 2025: As part of our commitment to renewable energy sources, we have set a goal to install solar panels by 2025. This initiative will not only reduce our reliance on non-renewable energy but also contribute to our carbon reduction objectives.
